We are Marvellous
Marvellous Training Solutions is a leading provider of online estate agency and lettings training and consultancy support, led by multi award winning estate agent and training expert, Julian O’Dell.
Julian has been involved in estate agency since 1983 and has worked in both the independent and corporate sector.
In 2000 he was invited to become a Partner with trailblazing company Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings, winners of countless industry awards over the past 20 years, including “Best Independent Estate Agent in the UK” on many occasions.
In 2002, alongside his estate agency interests, Julian established TM Training & Development who successfully coached and trained teams and individuals throughout the UK and abroad. His dedication and hard work was rewarded when, in 2010, TM Training & Development won the Sunday Times “Estate Agency Supplier of the Year” award.
We understand the reality of running a business.
Following Julian and his wife Cat selling their shares in Thomas Morris in 2015 for a seven-figure sum, he concentrated on growing TM Training & Development.
With TM Training & Development’s in-person training courses no longer an option due to Covid-19, Julian and his business partner Peter brought the company to a natural close. During lockdown, Julian was able to spend his time developing online versions of the courses that have helped agents achieve amazing results, under the name Marvellous Training Solutions.
